Job Description
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach
- Build partnerships with these clients with a focus on placement
- Work closely with academic departments and faculty to identify students for placements and internships in various fields
- Maintain records of student placements, internships, and successful job matches
- Create and manage a database of job listings and internship positions from partner companies
- Provide career counselling, resume building, and mock interview sessions to help students improve their job application materials and interview skills
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as resume writing, networking, and professional etiquette
- Generate reports and analytics to showcase the institutions placement success and assist in data-driven improvements
- Stay updated with market trends, job market demands, and industry changes to align the institutions offerings with current industry needs
- 5+ years of similar experience in EdTech or Recruitment/Placement domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills required
- Flexible - Responsibilities may expand or change with the business needs. Must have a strong goal orientation and desire to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to given SLAs.
