Performance Test Architect

Note:

• Looking for 9+ Years of experience.
• Location - Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad
• Notice period - Immediate to 30 Days

• At least should have > 9 yrs of exp in performance testing.
• Test assessment, Test Planning/Strategizing, hands-on/Trouble shooting any technical issues
• Has to technically sound to provide guidance & do hands-on work is required.
• Resource should have worked in LoadRunner in the recent 3 years at least (maximum gap of 5-6 months in LoadRunner from current date is ok).
• Should be excellent in Scripting, Execution and Analysis.
• Front ending with the customer & drives the projects, Publish DSR/WSR
• Tools used -LoadRunner or Performance Center (generally).
  If tools are missing, screen reject the candidates Performance monitoring tools exp (Anypoint, AppDynamics,Sitescope)
• Has the resource worked dedicatedly on perf only or not? - i.e. # of projects he has worked. If 5 yrs, at least 5 projects the resources should have worked
• Continuity in the Organization is a must
