I definitely suggest for persons who start their career as a fresher.The company culture is good . If you are a good performer you will be recognised and more opportunities will be given to you.. Pay is little less compare to other similar companies, but if you get onsite then the pay is way ahead.

Dislikes

There is no work from home option when I was ther in preludesys.that is the only dislikes I can think of .and the pay should be more.

I use to work as a dotnet developer. I got an opportunity to work start to end.yes from the start of designing to final deployment. You will get full idea of SDLC.and good support from senior developers.
