Your jobs are not secure just because of management. If they likes you than ok otherwise you have to leave at any cost.

Good working place with colleagues and supportive staff even employer behavior is good, they do best appraisal every years.

There is some rules and regulations created by employers as don't sit with girls in cafeteria and we can't speak more in working time.
