Precicon is small and nice company. The work culture is very nice. There is no politics. Management is very supportive.

Work Details

I am working as inside sales engineer. The job teaches every day new things. My role will be acknowledge the customer enquires and making quotations, uploading the tenders. Follow up with customers for purchase orders.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

It's MSME company.Its small office.Here I learned so many things.Teammates are very supportive.Management also good. They give every year bonus and salary hikes. Based on your performance they will give salary hikes.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
