Nothing.. no projects; owner is busy with politics and making money from builders, promoters

Dislikes

Owner him self interested in creating fights amongst employees.. can trust him. Owner still thinks 30-40000 salary for senior staff means a lot...he cannot think beyond the same... Delay salary every month

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

The company is Project Management consultancy of Architects & Civil Engineer's. the Company is working as a project management consultancy for school infrastructure cell which comes under M.C.G.M. Not only the colleagues but also the higher authorities have good bond with each others. The payment policy is good. The company is really good for freshers.

Dislikes

The only thing which lead one to leave the company is no future growth as a Site Engineer. The payment allotted is not worth as per designation.

Work Details

Work was really exciting as i was fresher. I had manage various record on site with the help of contractors engineer. But,the payment was not satisfactory. so i hope ill get any worth job as per my qualification and experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
