No appointment letter. No firm policy. Things go on according to vimes and fancies of sole proprietor and his ego. No matter if the third party fails, we still have to sit late to make the work complete. You will be responsible for other people work even if you dont know what the hell is going on. Salary will 40 percent lesser than market and make you work more than you expect to complete work on due date. The proprietor goes on vacation during peak season with family and irritates on call about why work is going slowly without understanding situation. New policy gets formed every now and then as per ego of the proprietor. Make sure you ask everything in writing from him as he takes everything is writing from you but doesn't give back anything in writing. Goes with policy of divide and rule. Tries to infuriate between two collogues without any reason. A small incentive will cost you 5 -10 times extra things to pay back. Partial towards people who doesnt work only beacause they are here from long time and staying to work in lesser amount of salary. No comp-off. No extra pay/variable payout.
