The only thing which was good in the company was my colleagues with whom I was working.

I wish I could give negative rating. Cz they don't even deserve one star also. The atmosphere is toxic, with the HR and VP seemingly only concerned about monitoring break times, neglecting the well-being of employees. It feels like they don't treat us well, and the work environment is not good – it's actually pretty tough. It is a toxic place to work. You're always worried about losing your job, and that makes it a stressful place to work....Read More

Knowledgeable Seniors, Work Environment is excellent, True Guidance and proper appraisals. I have been working for 3 months and next month I will be inducted full time in the company. Learned lot of new things. Just out of college and Prasarnet provided me with the opportunity to learn while on job and did not charge any money for training me

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇

The work environment. Its highly professional and at the same time enjoying. We work as a family. Festivals and other celebrations always happen within the organization. Stable pay and payment date.
