Not a good environment,i don't like timing of my work, boss nature is so rude, no other benefits, no job security, very bad behaviour by senior employees, so much fustration working not a grear experience here.

No job security, not a great salary hike, not a support staff. Boss nature is very rude.

Work Details

Such a hard and mental pressure work, boss is always shouting on employees and workers,no respect, there is no place for educational person.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
