They don't want to grow they are just happy as what they are earning. They break hierarchy by going to ask everything with junior as if senior level people are fools. As compared to increment they will never do they will just give you incentives which is under there observation in that they will never give you what committed on the papers they will ultimately cut money from that incentives. There is no leave policy whenever they want they can cut your salary at any point of time. They feel as if they are the MNC but they can't be as some people are there in the company who are just there for sake and name but they don't do anything and they comes in office to sleep and what a joke they are the highest paid employee. Past 2 years they didn't even gave appraisal they everytime says that company is in LOSS but the employee who comes to sleep in office that person gets the benefit and appraisal. Even in COVID they have deducted the salary but for some people they didn't. So all to gather it's partiality going on in the company. The one who works doesn't get anything but the one who sleeps get everything hahaha that's great PRAGATI SYSTEMS. Employee don't even respect the owners as they don't trust employees they don't respect but at time of work they will be so polite that nobody else can be but at times of appraisal or anything else they are just opposite of how they behave when they need work. Unstable Company , No Vision and No Mission for future planning . Culture like a just startup Comapny No documentation , I feet no Formet for Offer later & Appointment Latter no fixed date of salary deposit and , No rules for clear Expenses on time .etc
