Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

no work life balance, no job security, didn't clear my salary so for that I'll have to take the legal action against them and will go to the labor court and file a complaint... work load more than normal, hiring process is very poor, feels confilct of interest during work, very LOW salary according to bangalore location, with thissalary you can afford a pg and pizza at home and middle class kind of hangouts.. very low life.
