I joined Pragathi Associates, as a Junior Architect on 19th February 2020. The firm is 25 years old. Upon the lockdown, I worked from home for the company. The Principal Architect Manjula S, heads the firm. The firm denied to support and secure my job at this pandemic situation. Not just that the firm also made me work for free without any salary for a month. Although considering the Pandemic situation the world is facing I waited for a month and half and I also agreed to take half my pay. Dislikes

There is no job training given for the freshers who join the firm. Also the firm conned me with regards to my payment. And when it comes to good design there is allot of office politics that goes on to happen.

Work Details

The job was interesting when I started off, but it got worse when it got to the way the firm treats its employees.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
