Yea, almost average CA firm it is. Career growth is average there , means no expertise you can gain there in any particular field. Salary 2.4 lakh p.a i was being paid there . Work culture is average , as we know politics is everywhere so it's fine.

Dislikes

Because i had to give my CA final gr 2 exam in june 19 so i had to quit job there.

Work Details

Mainly indirect taxation, direct taxation and Audit exposure we can experience there as usual in CA firm .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
