I have not worked in PPM. Based on review from worked / working employees I am writing it. Appraisal wise OK. Giving opportunities to all from management side.

Dislikes

Top management approach was good but staff not driving in the good way. Majorly HR policies are not good like gratuity, Health insurance ( providing ESI but in these days ESI doesn't help anyway ), leave allowances, Work transfer / Load / Pressure, This are the areas to improve

I worked as a supervisor and resigned recently. I started as a apprentice and grown to CNC setter supervisor. I really liked working for the last nine years. It is very good placeto learn cnc machining. The salary is good compared with other companies. They give all the benefits like ESI PF food and also got graduity after resignkng.

Worst management, you have to work 8 hours without food there is a tea break but it's not drinkable
