I joined the company 2 years ago, when we were a small incubatee of the Atal Incubation Centre-CCMB. The amount of growth I have seen in this company, both personally and in the company itself, is immense. It is a testament to the level of dedication to good R&D that everyone in the company inherently has. This is a very active R&D atmosphere where everyone, from all levels of corporate hierarchy, is encouraged to contribute to the scientific progress. Dislikes

As with many startups, there is a sense of urgency. But it is a good kind of urgency, since it aids progress. The pace can sometimes be a little overwhelming, though.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Nothing but salary is decent. Its about hiring and firing type company.

Dislikes

The leadership is waste. Due to some people the company culture is worst. No work- life balance. The worst company ever seen.

Work life balance poor. You cannot express your view. Do what I say attitude. No job security.
