It’s a terrible consulting company for anyone. This doesn’t have many direct clients and this company depends on other consulting companies to give them projects. Do not get trapped in consulting companies like Populus Group. It will completely jeopardize the career of anyone who joins this company.

Dislikes

No job security. No career growth. Not enough clients/projects for employees to put into. No proper handling of visa for resources.

I was a contractor for Populus Group put into a client company.

Dislikes

Number one their benefits. I was told they are very good but for a single person, they are not the best at all. They are expensive and you never will meet their deductible. It is a cafeteria-style benefit where you have to pay for every little benefit and the company does not contribute. They have a poorly managed 401k plan as well.
