With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. It's the worst company to work with. I wasn't paid for my services. When asked, I got no response from there end. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible company.

There is tranning provided by AM no doubt but the TL don't want to see there junior's to learn more then him or her, there is no security for job because they don't wanna see anybody's success, no travel happens, also the work life is not balanced because they want the employee come to office on the dot time but go after late night for example the exit time is 6pm but they want we go after 8.30 PM....Read More
