There is nothing to like, 2 or 3 people rule there and you have to please them every minute of the day.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, super toxic work environment. Naukri.com should also keep negative rating as an option, this organisation would have topped that for sure.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
