The big comfort zone is there every one in this company using there mobile phone atleast 5 hours and 2 hours brake just one hour work is there.

Instead of attending to crucial business matters, the CEO often prioritizes gossip and personal information, resembling more an 'aunty of the mohalla' than a business leader. **Work Environment and Culture**: The work environment is rife with politics, making it challenging to focus on professional growth and development. Employees are often subjected to unnecessary scrutiny and gossip, which creates a toxic atmosphere detrimental to productivity and morale<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. **Salary and Financial Transparency**: One of the most concerning aspects of my employment was the lack of transparency and fairness when it came to salary and appraisals</mark>.
