Best place to work and learn many stuffs. Founder/Director of the company is very professional and encouraging. Salary will be credited on time. Professional work place apart from CEO and HR Manager.
Dislikes
Management side HR (Kalaichelvi), CEO (Kannan) needs to mind their place when it comes to personal life of an Employee. CEO often engaged in behaviour that blurred the lines of professionalism. Instead of focusing on strategic leadership and fostering a positive work environment, there is an instances of unnecessary involvement in employees personal matters. Additionally his approach to conflicts often felt manipulative, triggering employees subtly and then portraying himself as a victim to others.
