This company is good place to learn new things , Management conduct various fun activities were all the employees from different cultural backgrounds can mingle with each other , also their will be a lot of IJP opportunities , I like the open door HR policy .

Work Details

Its my first job, My client is US based client, I work for Voice process so I do over 100 calls a day to verify insurance billing info. , sometimes work is slightly challenging but this process helped me develop communication skills.

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

Poor management, micro management at its peak,no cultural values, worst colleagues, partially & favourism in peak, worst work culture.. poor HR management.. poor safety for female employees in night. In name of rotational week off they will continue to give night shift forcefully for female Employees a hell.. don't ever join..

The higher ups have a good appraisal assessment but the associate are given a raise of 2000 in the appraisal cycle the discrimination is their while hiring as well for any position and also the team are given trainees freshers or interns to save the cost and when the error is done by them they throw the ball to us stating that why havent you check it. Where the team needs an experienced person the HR head states that teach them and make them experienced and the issue with that is once we teach them they leave so their is no help with that as well due the compensation and looking at the given appraisal....Read More
