Dealing with Tough Teammates
How to deal with aggressive teammates, as a Team leader my way of working is very normal and nice but I feel this niceness is costing me alot, my teammates when I don't question about their work they act normal but when I ask a about their work status they get triggered, for example one of my teammates was not logging in time while working from home and when there is no work he is going out of home without my permission when I have asked him about why he didn't inform he got angry and talked to me in very high tone, I felt my niceness is costing me alot, I feel I have to be very taught like other TLs, I felt very bad how he spoke to me, do others also face these kind of issue, please give me some suggestions.

After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It...
