There is so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility i have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. I would like to work more with this company for gaining more and more knowledge.

Delay in salary is the one thing which i don't like.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
