I worked at Pioneer Infotech and had a very negative experience. The work environment is highly stressful, with unrealistic expectations and excessive micromanagement. Employees are required to submit security cheques and sign bonds, which are later used as leverage to prevent them from leaving Plus they say the timing is 930 to 7 but they used to leave the employee at 8 to 830.in addition to that they said alternative Saturday are off but they don't give u alternative Saturday off it's all a lie The manager, Shashank, is known for being toxic, often using harsh language and pressuring employees beyond reasonable limits. Many employees leave within months due to the treatment. If you are considering joining, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and speaking to former employees before making a decision. The work culture is not supportive, and the company has a history of salary delays and unfair treatment during notice periods. Proceed with caution...Read More
