Good things to learn about business development perspective and how to communicate with new top-level management people from different companies. Mr. Rajesh Trivedi (Management Teams) one of the best people to work with explains everything if we have any doubts and is calm and respectful.

I worked there for 48 days and everything I am writing is from personal experience. Office environment - one of the most toxic environments I have ever seen. It is a family-run business run by Manoj, Shashank, and Shashi, who are Shashank's parents. They have no work ethics at all. They tend to get into their personal house fights in the office. If Shashank is in a bad mood at home, he gets all his anger out in the office on his employees. Work timings are 9:30 to 7:00 he tends to leave his employees by 8:00, 8:30 anyhow he wishes so. If he is busy, he will not let his employees leave. No one in the office likes him everyone hates him and abuses him behind his back. Manoj and Shashi tend to speak whatever comes into their mouth with all kinds of abusive language, fat shaming, and racism. Very uncultured and unethical behaviour by this whole management team/ Family. Office Policies - These people take a security cheque deposit of your 2 months salary. Employees have to beg and request Shashank for leave, and he also considers an extra day in long weekend leave as a sandwich leave. His office timings are the worst, on alternate Saturdays, there is a half day, but it is never half day he tends to make everyone work till 5-6 in the evening. They have a Notice period of 60 days, and they tend to torture you during the notice period they ask you to come at nine, and every day leave you at 8:30 and they have a right to say anything they wish like. I would personally request everyone, especially freshers not to come and work here because they only tend to scam freshers as they need their first job, and he provides that and tortures them, you will get better opportunities but please don't work here....Read More

The work culture is toxic, they treat us like machines. They puts lots of pressure and shout for small things. They make us work overtime without any compensation. They torture and humiliate their employees on a daily basis. They collect cheque of your 2 months CTC. They make your life a living hell. Please don't work there.

Job Security is 0. Out of no where they tell you to resign. No matter how hard you work on the project there is zero appreciation. For the wrongs things done by your manager he and his subordinates will blame you for it.

Zero professionalism, no respect for employees, they run company as per their own rules, not following govt policies, terminate employees without any reason after that they make fake allegations. I will never recommend this company to work.
