I was with the company for couple of weeks time and over all was good. Training was very good, learnt useful skill during my association with PINNACLE. The management headedt floor level was good. The lady HE of my time proved a very helpful.

Dislikes

The teammates were not good. I faced racial discrimination as I belonged to Northeast region of India

It was my first job in BPO in NCR so it was exciting one for me

Job Market Seems to Be Opening Up Again!

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! For context: I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months.
