Its a very good company for freshers. Freshers can grow professionally and financially. Equipped with good infrastructure.

Doesn't value experience of employee. Work distribution is based on qualification and skills while salary were given based on designation. Your designation doesn't describe your job description. For example an employee with 1 year experience can work as project manager if posses the skill set with a team of employees having 5-8 years experience but will get salary as junior resource. The exit policy is worse. They take your private things like new salary slip, future company offer letter, it's like they force their employees to give such things. Entry is easy to pinnacle but not exit. I have served 9years still they are not providing my legitimate claims. Even bonus and other things they deprive of which is supposed to be your own hard earned money.

Beautiful campus with lots of greenery, swimming pool, gym, playground etc Apartment and dormitory available. Good infrastructure. Salary on time. 2days of weekend. Fun fridays.

Salary is low compared to market standards. Canteen food is not good. Long working hours. No sick leave available.

Really nothing. The company does not really care about the employees and the hr is busy with little games on fun Friday instead of making actual changes. Campus is pretty. Do what you will with that information

Salary is very low. They justify it by giving us a place to live in the campus which is also deducted from the salary. They took away the girls dormitory kitchen utensils and do not allow us to use our own ones. Overall there is nothing to not dislike.

Most Importanatly if you want to just give a start up of your career in BIM, Pinnacle can be a great companiom. There are very least company in india who hire BIM Engineer as Fresher. So if you got any opportunity or you are fresher , Pinnacle will be great for you. Stay there for sometime atleast 5 years, and if you want tp grow more, move elsewhere.

Most pathetic thing is promotion policy. Here throughout a year your work and dedication will be priotize least, instead of that they conduct a quiz like exam and its mark are going to evalute. Which is surely wrong. I am not against the exam but it should be less priotize and one should be evaluted in the basis of work experince.

Toxic Work Culture, Politics everywhere, Company has created several rules to restrict your appraisal and promotions. Huge work pressure and not being appreciated on your work. Maximum people have intentions to keep you down.

Before appraisal month they commit for slab changes, good promotion and better appraisal but after appraisal month nothing will be materialized. Office politics peaks here. Management will treat you like a slave.
