Most pathetic thing is promotion policy. Here throughout a year your work and dedication will be priotize least, instead of that they conduct a quiz like exam and its mark are going to evalute. They treat everyone the same during the promotions (Even Donkeys are sitting at the Manager positions). The most incapable manager is 1. Mr . Arijit Sen Not a single employee likes him. Pathetic communication, No technical and software knowledge but still manages to cut the promotions and appraisal of hardworking employees just because of personal grudges.
