Before appraisal month they commit for slab changes, good promotion and better appraisal but after appraisal month nothing will be materialized. Office politics peaks here. Management will treat you like a slave.

Really nothing. The company does not really care about the employees and the hr is busy with little games on fun Friday instead of making actual changes. Campus is pretty. Do what you will with that information

Salary is very low. They justify it by giving us a place to live in the campus which is also deducted from the salary. They took away the girls dormitory kitchen utensils and do not allow us to use our own ones. Overall there is nothing to not dislike.

Most Importanatly if you want to just give a start up of your career in BIM, Pinnacle can be a great companiom. There are very least company in india who hire BIM Engineer as Fresher. So if you got any opportunity or you are fresher , Pinnacle will be great for you. Stay there for sometime atleast 5 years, and if you want tp grow more, move elsewhere.

Most pathetic thing is promotion policy. Here throughout a year your work and dedication will be priotize least, instead of that they conduct a quiz like exam and its mark are going to evalute. Which is surely wrong. I am not against the exam but it should be less priotize and one should be evaluted in the basis of work experince.

Toxic Work Culture, Politics everywhere, Company has created several rules to restrict your appraisal and promotions. Huge work pressure and not being appreciated on your work. Maximum people have intentions to keep you down.

10 hours working shift, which can be extend further for project submission. Incentive is very less. Unnecessary exam for promotion. It's like a boarding school.

Only thing that is good in Pinnacle is the Training and Development programs. Employees get a lot of knowledge from regular training programs and project work. Quality projects are there.

The work culture is pathetic, there is a lot of politics that demotivates the employees a lot. Increment and appraisal policies are pathetic. They treat everyone the same during the promotions (Even Donkeys are sitting at the Manager positions). The most incapable manager is 1. Mr . Arijit Sen Not a single employee likes him. Pathetic communication, No technical and software knowledge but still manages to cut the promotions and appraisal of hardworking employees just because of personal grudges. Salary comes in proper time. I heard Durgapur location have chance to grow.....but I haven't got the opportunity.

Till I am employed there......there was no problem in my salary. Once I submitted resignation..........my salary for 1 month was barred (avg. working approx. 11 hours daily) Kolkata manager forced me to move away from the premise within few days so that I shouldn't complete my notice period....inspite of my more than 24 days leave..........they till date didn't give my last month's salary.
