I was there is ACS Depertment in Jaipur branch. These few years were like hell for me. There is a Higher Management POC who does not to how to behave. He shouts in the floor like hell and sometime he will insult you in front of 100 peoples in the floor just for using mobile phone. It's completely a hell kind of situation and I dontknow how some senior PDHs are still working there loosing all the dignity and peace of live. Everything. Specially the management and their politics. All good employees have already resigned and it's left with junior people with very low experience as they are hired with less salary.

Really nothing. The company does not really care about the employees and the hr is busy with little games on fun Friday instead of making actual changes. Campus is pretty. Do what you will with that information

Salary is very low. They justify it by giving us a place to live in the campus which is also deducted from the salary. They took away the girls dormitory kitchen utensils and do not allow us to use our own ones. Overall there is nothing to not dislike.

Most Importanatly if you want to just give a start up of your career in BIM, Pinnacle can be a great companiom. There are very least company in india who hire BIM Engineer as Fresher. So if you got any opportunity or you are fresher , Pinnacle will be great for you. Stay there for sometime atleast 5 years, and if you want tp grow more, move elsewhere.

Most pathetic thing is promotion policy. Here throughout a year your work and dedication will be priotize least, instead of that they conduct a quiz like exam and its mark are going to evalute. Which is surely wrong. I am not against the exam but it should be less priotize and one should be evaluted in the basis of work experince.
