On my first year they were crediting incentives. Post 1 year the organisation was doing well but for itself not for the employees who are actually the driving force.

Dislikes

Very uncertain in terms of sales inventives Few managers are very rude Only the upper layer enjoying No way no care for executives Appraisal and promotion only for flattered people not at all on merit. (I can get on a 1:1 debate on this)
