People are friendly and help each others problems.

Dislikes

somtimes criticise from seniors. contractor dont sanction the required amout for a project and so sometimes we manage to finish project with the limited amount.

Its good to work there but having tensions sometimes due to pressure. But as a whole people are friendly and help each other. Somtimes contractor praises me bcause of my work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
