this is a good company with family atmosphere around us. Everybody is co operative with each other, Job security is very good. i have learn many things after working here.

Growth of Salary is not satisfactory.

I worked here as a Account Officer. I have done my work and responsibility very well. I did not feel any burden of work after doing lot of work here due to its family environment.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
