One of the very worst company in Chennai to work with. Doesn't even care about employees health

Worst work-life balance. Very poor company policies. Management think that employees will do anything for money. One good example is recently many good resources dropped paper. And Management sent a mail that if employees stay till 2024, 5lakhs will be given as bonus. Instead of analysing the root cause, just they will deal everything with money. -A proper 4 star company, I worked there for 2.5 years in Chennai. -Its an US based service company, so your work experience will be based on your project/client. -Hybrid and flexible work culture.

Dislikes

Projects are less i guess and also they try to map employee from 1 skill set to another to get client billing. I personally didn't like the leadership attitude.

Toxic work environment especially data solutions team. The manager is the worst. Manager prioritize favoritism Managers lack the necessary technical knowledge but still assess team members' capabilities, causing frustration. Overall these issues contribute to a negative work environment, making the team and company difficult to work with effectively.

Layoff layoff. They will say your performance is not good put you in a very bad zone where they will treat you like you have no knowledge whereas I was best performaning candidate. They will demotivate you from every angle and put you in a PIP zone. I know it is okay if the company is not profitable then need to layoff but they are not worrying about employees immediately termination happens.
