Good appraisal compared to other MNC but its directly communicated without prior discussion with employee.

Limited exposure to high quality development projects, which may impact learning opportunities for advanced technical skills. Certification vouchers are not provided upfront; employees are required to pay for exams themselves and seek for reimbursement later(if applicable). Job security concerns during bench periods if suitable projects are not available. Lack of company outings or team-buildings event. Hi, please suggest me which company to select. CCTC: 16.5 fixed YOE: 4.7 Domain : AWS Data Engg. 1.Nagarro: 19.8 fixed 2.BP:22 (17.8 fixed) 3.Perficient: 21 fixed 4.Gspann: 23 fixed 5.Genpact: 22 fixed I am looking for company where I can learn. Also let me know how much should I expect for my YOE. I personally think going to Bp is low balling me also there will be limited learning opportunities.
