I am compelled to leave this review due to the extremely toxic and disrespectful work environment fostered by Vaishali Sarwad. She consistently insults and belittles employees, making it clear that no one in the company has any value in her eyes. Her behavior is not only unprofessional but demoralizing, which has led many talented individuals to leave the company. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken to address her conduct, and it seems that the company has no regard for employee well-being. Vaishali's arrogance and lack of respect for others reflect poorly on the company, and it is clear that this type of management will only drive the organization into decline....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
