The only thing I like is the Flexible timing and Work from home facilities they provide, that too on prior approval from your manager on ground of strong reason

Dislikes

No career growth prospects here. If you are an engineer today you will be still an engineer even after 10 years. No promotion, no annual bonus, no any facility other than your monthly salary and Insurance benefits. No Job security as they may give you surprise letter anytime. No certain annual increment as many of time you get zero as well, like what happened this year.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
