I doesn't like anything. The founder is so dangerous.. he want only work work all the time. Not able to listen any reason just want work. And if you do any one to one talk on any reason it will give us a gaali.

Hate everyone..even senior developer not good not helpful to their juniors. Speciallly one senior who name is started with A. They not even help you in any task and also shouted if they not completed before deadline and blame on you for everything.

Nothing to like here. Join the company at your own risk, and if you want to waste your energy and effort successfully. This is just an agency who has probably some upwork clients and they are here just to fool themselves and their employees.

The owner has no sense to have a conversation. And cto is just another fake peon type of guy. They will use your effort just to make you feel useless. I repeat again dont join this type of company. Nonsense and idiots in this company.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
