There is nothing much to like about , I didn't find anything which is different from others

There is no job security, they didn't give you appraisal and torture there employees . If you are fresher please don't join this company it will drain your energy Politics everywhere

Work policy: There is no hybrid model , things that can be done at home they call people's to office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Very bad service. Most of the projects ar gone. They call for 6 working day with no work in the office.

Dislikes

No hierarchy. HR doesn't care about anything. Even in June 29 when I was stuck in office the manager Amit Kumar didn't give me wfh, although he keeps doing it.

No cab facilities as they have rotational shifts and shifts are not feasible salary is less and work is more two chat simoultensosly no other benifits like any mothly refreshments or benifits they make its BPO like work culture ans school like strictness
