PC Solutions doesn't have a proper HR policy. They will put you to a client site and the client company can throw you out of the company anytime and the HR of PC Solutions also cannot do anything about it. For example if there is an escalation then on that day itself the client will tell you to leave the job without any warning. In my case no proper training was provided

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
