1. Rough and unprofessional behavior of higher management. 2. Management quality is 0(Zero) and they don't have any idea about the professional culture. 3. Internal politics level is very high and unhealthy office environment. 4. Job security is too risky. 5. No salary increment. 6. Very poor salary structure. 7. The salary increment process is decided by a non-technical person.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
