Environment in Patra India is good, one thing about this co is that its maintaining punctuality and discipline.Employee who is working they satisfied with their job and relaxed about their job security. Here you will get a more chance learn more and more because its starting a training from initial edge.

Dislikes

one of the cons of this co is that its providing a less remuneration which force the employee to look for other vacancy. You will not get any chance to developed or create your own ideas. Regarding training i will say that it is a time pass.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
