. Difficult to work in night shift, . Huge Work pressure, . Vizag people are rude . Very Low increment in salary . No meaning of promotion because salary is still the same (15k to 16k) . Vizag people put all the work pressure to junior if you belongs to North . Night shift only, no shift change
