Patra is an excellent company. No negatives. I felt very bad when I left the company.

I left the company only because of the management. If possible please tell the these people to treat the employees as humans not as their servants Ramesh Dadi, Sukanya, Bala, Narsing, CH.Sathish . They are very head strong people. Specially Ramesh Dadi and Sukanya. SR. Manager, team leads behaves like as they are the boss of the company specially USI Cert Issuance process. They really don't know how to talk to employees. so much of politics. They are so many employees are working in this team with job dissatisfaction. Please conduct a serve about the management team. while conducting the one to one try talk in telugu also. Because some people could not express their problems properly.
