Nothing to like at all. Manager wants to get maximum work in minimum salary possible. He only appreciates your work but will never increase your salary.

Dislikes

work life balance is 0, skill development is 0, company culture 0, job security -100, promotion will be there without any salary increment, max salary increment will be of 2000 INR. Worst job I ever did

There is nothing to like about this company. Do not join even if you are jobless..its better to spend your time to do some courses to enhance your skills.

Dislikes

this is not a company. they started this startup few months back, no policies, no HR, no rules and regulation, every month they change agreement policies. they deduct money even for paid leaves. owner of company do micro management, put his nose everywhere.. He likes backbaitching of other employees. he always get mad if you say anything logical. if you want to work in worst company then only you can think of joining here. He can fire anyone without any reason. if you ever try to share your problems, he just fire employees with stupid reasons. They trap people on the time of interview, they will offer you very low salary and they will say we will pay you bonus more than your salary after 2-3 months once we start getting sales but after 2-3 months when you ask for salary increment, they will fire you with some silly excuse.
