Dislikes

Loads of encouragement, backed with action, which include monetary investment in your academics. Funding sound education is the way here. But for those expecting to grow in this as a Corporate should beware, the individual's growth here is channeled through one's intent to learn and implement it in different ways, monetary or otherwise. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

It's a good organization with science based cultural conservation and documentation strategy. It treats it's people right. It is the same organization that handles the Jiyo Parai program with the Government of India. Maintains UNESCO standard.

Dislikes

Project based employment opportunity, nothing to dislike as senior management is upfront and clear about it. Maybe could stratagise for a permanent employment.
