It's a good organization with science based cultural conservation and documentation strategy. It treats it's people right. It is the same organization that handles the Jiyo Parai program with the Government of India. Maintains UNESCO standard.

Dislikes

Project based employment opportunity, nothing to dislike as senior management is upfront and clear about it. Maybe could stratagise for a permanent employment.

It's an NGO, we don't work jobs here, we work our passion for the purpose, a common goal with different vintage points at times.

Dislikes

Loads of encouragement, backed with action, which include monetary investment in your academics. Funding sound education is the way here. But for those expecting to grow in this as a Corporate should beware, the individual's growth here is channeled through one's intent to learn and implement it in different ways, monetary or otherwise.
