When an management alaways depands another person who never being a pharmaceutical background then how he can control other technical person because a technical person never oiling management any more he alawaye concentrate his own aim. with company interest.

I left this company because RSM behaviour is bad, salery is low and in this company mostyl your knowledge or ur idea for growing business not listen by upre level of managers ,MD.
