The only good thing about Parkar is the salary and that too because I'm well experienced. Otherwise they don't offer an appreciable salary
Their management is mess. The technical lead doesn't have any technical knowledge. They reach out to the team members when they are questioned about any technical issue. Management members are taking things personally when you question their feedback about anything. The desperation of flattering clients is at level where employees are instructed to wish them on their US holidays. Project manager are also not interested to schedule a one on one meeting with the members of team to know what challenges they are experiencing in the team. There are no learning opportunities as no new projects are in pipeline and the projects which they currently have doesn't provide to learn anything new as you are allowed to have limited access only. There is no work freedom here. You have to share a data prepared in Excel of what number of tasks you handled at EOD. While working in Parkar as a senior resource with exp more than 7.5 years, there is nothing too good to think about Parkar. As employees, they will be asked to work on multiple projects without prior training and experience. The data engineering guy will work on cyber security documentation of other projects and he has to work for 13 to 14 hours. Management is biased. Team managers are not up to mark.
