Well for a fresher in a trading company like Park International it’s really a good choice coz you get to learn what exactly is a trading market in UAE especially in Abu Dhabi and that too in toughest situations how to manage the skills and implementations.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

No space for a career growth and very less chances for salary growth, no team work or companionship in its working environment.

Work Details

Well I was in purchase and estimation section and got to learn everything about ups and down of trading scopes here quite a challenge work coz have to deal my vendors my customers and also my sales department and that too with a less supportive people.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
